Dotster provides their customers with a full featured control panel that allows complete control over their domain and all of their settings.  Their control panel is PEM by Swsoft - a control panel used by several large ISP's and Domain registrars which handles all billing, domain management and provisioning in a single control panel.  Their shared hosting plans also included SWsoft Site Builder. - web based web designed software.  For their VPS customers they offer Plesk or Cpanel based control panels.
